We want you to feel confident ordering from ary. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Because our pieces are designed for everyday wear, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. Exchanges for a different size are always our preferred option, subject to availability. Simply contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of wear or washing cannot be accepted.

All orders are shipped within Cambodia using J&T Express. We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $1.50 per order, regardless of order size, weight, or number of items. Orders are typically dispatched the same day, depending on the time the order is placed; orders received later in the day may be dispatched on the next working day.
